Emerson - X-Stream

Emerson X-Stream gas analyzer

The X-STREAM™ series of gas analyzers features multi-channel analysis utilizing infrared, ultraviolet and visible (NDIR/UV/VIS) photometry, paramagnetic and electrochemical oxygen, and thermal conductivity sensor technologies.

Please read the PDF-file(s) above for more detailed information.

X-STREAM analyzers can measure up to 4 components and the measuring principles may be ordered in various combinations. The physical benches can be installed in their own compartment separated from the electronics. A purge is added for handling corrosive and toxic gases to protect the electronics and to provide operator safety. Optional thermostatic control enables measuring lower sample gas concentrations and measurements at higher dew points.

X-STREAM analyzers, equipped with an internal wide range power supply for all world areas, offer analog outputs, 4 status signal relay outputs (according to NAMUR NE 107) and Modbus communication over an Ethernet or serial interface.

The analyzers can be ordered with either screw terminals or connectors for electrical connections. Supplied as tabletop version, the analyzer can be modified to a rack mount version by an accessory kit.

The instrument has an alphanumeric display and is operated manually by six keys without the need to open the enclosure. Clear text messages (available in several languages) and front panel LED provide information about the measurement and analyzer status.
